Chronologically ill, terminally ill, or permanently disabled persons who wish to remain at home.
Older adults who need assistance in their home due to illness or disability.
Family Respite; We provide short term relief for family members caring for a parent or relative who is ill.
WHO PAYS FOR
HOME HEALTH CARE?
INSURANCE COVERAGE
We will verify benefits upon receipt of any assignment.
We will bill your insurance carrier directly.
MEDICARE / MEDICAL
If you are eligible for home health care coverage through Medicare or Medical, our office will bill them directly.
AWAITING MEDICARE CERTIFICATION
DIRECT PAYMENT
When we bill you directly, Camarillo Skilled Home Health LLC statement of account will clearly identify visits and hours spent by our home health care professionals.
You pay only per visit or per hour rates. We pay for all taxes and insurance of our employees.
